Bitter Soldatini

This product was created in 2023 by Giorgio Soldatini, this Italian-style bitter is an aperitif based on local mandarin peels (Liguria, Calabria or Sicily origin), ginger, gentian roots and many other aromatic and officinal plants and roots which amplify its aroma and pleasant bittering sensation.
The various ingredients are extracted with 100% Italian technology thanks to the Naviglio extractor and through the ancient method of cold maceration in a glass demijohn or stainless steel tank.
​No colorants other than plants are used in the product and neither synthetically obtained aromas nor additives of any kind are used. The infusions and tinctures at the base of the product are produced in our laboratory starting from plants or fruits, macerating and exctracting them only at room temperature using a neutral grain spirit so as not to lose the authenticity of the perfumes and active ingredients.
This product is ideal to drink on its own, with a little ice if necessary, with a tonic water or with an Extra Dry sparkling wine.
Try it in a Milan-Turin cocktail (1/2 Italian bitter 1/2 vermouth) using 1/2 Bitter Soldatini 1/2 red or white Vinum Absinthiatum depending on your personal taste.
It's fantastic also in the traditional pre-dinner cocktails made in Italy such as "Negroni", "Americano", "Spritz", "Negroni Sbagliato".
