Ceresella

This liqueur is produced by adding an infusion of dark Italian cherries to our grappa, and it is based on a recipe created by Susanna Gualco.

Features

Raw material: Grappa Piemonte from red grape pomaces, cherries. sugar
Distillation method: Piedmontese bain-marie pot still
Aging: Infused for a minimum of three months in glass demijohns or stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol: 42 %
Type of bottle: 700 ml.
Organoleptic test:

Colour: Dark red.
Aroma: Fruity, harmonious, with notes of cherry jam.
Taste: Sweet with a slightly sour note, the flavouring can be tasted but it is not overpowering.
