Grappa Derthona

Timorasso is a local grape variety from the Colli Tortonesi area, grown mainly in the valleys of Curone, Grue, Ossona and Borbera.
This rare grape is used to produce one of the most structured and full-bodied white wines in the whole of Italy.
The name we chose for this product is that of the ancient Roman city of Derthona, today known as Tortona. This grappa is produced during the best harvest years and the bottles are numbered.
