This product is difficult to define because it is not a grappa and is not a liqueur.
It is a sort of synthesis of everything we produce.
All the infusions of herbs, fruits, berries, flowers and spices that we use for the production of our liqueurs, mainly based on grappa, but in some cases based on wine or ethyl alcohol are macerated with a selection of grape pomace and redistilled in our still.
The result is a dry transparent distillate which taste get halfway between Gin and Grappa with delicious notes of citrus and spices.
