This liqueur is produced by infusing both fresh, untreated, and dried out lemon peel with grappa made from red grape pomaces, distilled using our artisan machinery, and following a recipe created by Susanna Gualco.

Distillation method: Piedmontese bain-marie pot still
Aging: Infused for a minimum of 3 months.
Alcohol: 42 %

Colour: Soft lemon.
Aroma: Elegant, fresh, a clear scent of lemon.
Taste: Sweet, delicate, slightly sour.
