Silvano d'Orba is not only surrounded by the Ovada hills where red Dolcetto grapes are grown, but also the Gavi hills where the white Cortese grape is king. The result is a dry grappa, which nevertheless keeps the elegance and aromas of the “Great Piedmontese White”.
