Vermouth and aromatized wines

Our company is an ancient artisan distillery that has been handed down from parent to child for 6 generations but the production of grappa has always been combined with liqueurs. The production of liqueurs is part of our DNA also thanks to the ancient liqueur factory of Marcello Soldatini, the grandfather of the current owner and husband of Susanna Gualco, who had great success in Genoa in the 1950s.
The practice and refinement of the technique in the preparation of infusions led us between 2012 and 2015 to carry out a study on the production of vermouth, chinato wines and aromatized wines and to develop numerous recipes of which we then selected only a few .
In our recipes we favor the wines of our territory. As a white we have selected the Cortese coming from the hills of our area, which constitutes the base that gives structure and flavor to our vermouths and among the reds we use the wonderful Dolcetto di Ovada and the Barbera del Monferrato.
