Starting with the 2018 distillation campaign, we finally succeeded in certifying a practice that we had been pursuing for some years: the distillation of pomace coming from organic farming.
You will wonder if there is a difference in taste from the other grappas .
The answer is yes, because organic winemaking, if done in strict compliance with the rules, has different characteristics from the traditional one and these characteristics can also be found in the grape pomace.
For consistency with this production philosophy we have decided not to filter the product, penalizing perhaps a little the finesse on the palate and the beauty from the visual point of view but if you are looking for a rustic grappa rich in perfumes and character choose our proudly opaque Bio Grappa.

Raw material: Organic grape pomace from Piedmont.
Distillation method: Piedmontese bain-marie pot still.
Aging: A young grappa produced in the most recent distillation season, stored in stainless steel tanks for a minimum of six months before being bottled.
