Rosolio is an ancient liqueur that also appears, for example, in the works of Pellegrino Artusi, the father of Italian cuisine. Susanna Gualco, who was highly thought of as a distiller throughout the whole of Italy, knew how to give it an original twist.
Produced with an infusion of wildflowers and citrus fruits, our recipe is sweet, enjoyable, and particularly suited to women’s tastes.
