The Open Days: A Weekend of Tradition and Passion!
Every year, since the 90s, on the second weekend of November, our distillery opens its doors for the "La distilleria è aperta" ( The distillery is open ) event. It's a special invitation to clients, suppliers, friends, and all enthusiasts of the world of grappa and distillation to celebrate with us!
This event, entirely dedicated to grappa distillation, has become one of the most beloved appointments in Monferrato, attracting more and more visitors curious to discover the secrets of our work.
During the weekend, you'll have a unique opportunity to:
Witness live all phases of marc distillation with our historic discontinuous bain-marie still, Piedmontese style.
Take guided tours of the distillery, led directly by the owners and staff, to delve into every detail of our process.
Explore our charming 18th-century aging cellar, where our spirits rest and mature in oak and acacia barrels.
Test your senses and knowledge with the traditional prize game, which challenges taste, smell, and culture.
There are always new things! Every year we enrich the event with new themes and insights related to the world of distillation. And don't worry about the weather: the event mainly takes place indoors, guaranteeing a pleasant experience even in case of rain.
Thinking of the whole family, we've also set up a dedicated space for children, so the little ones can have fun too. And don't forget your four-legged friends: animals are welcome!
Naturally, tastings of our spirits will be accompanied by a selection of local gastronomic specialties, for an experience that will delight all senses.

We are proud to be part of the Register of Historic Brands of National Interest and to be awarded the Artisan Excellence of the Piedmont Region recognition. These achievements testify to our constant commitment to quality and tradition.
Furthermore, our beloved town, Silvano d'Orba, is officially recognized as the Borgo della Grappa (Grappa Village), and the grappa produced here boasts the prestigious De.Co. (Denominazione Comunale - Municipal Denomination). An indissoluble link with the territory that is reflected in every single drop of our spirits.
