This is a grappa made of Nebbiolo grape pomace from the Barolo production area, perhaps the most famous red wine in Italy, one of the products that have always proudly bear the name of Piedmont in the world.
This grape pomace is characterized by a particular finesse and the grappa that we obtain is perfect for aging in an aromatic oak like the from Fontainebleu.
In this case we usemedium toasted barriques of 500 l. capacity and we leave the product in these barrels for at least 18 months.
