MIRTILLO (BLUEBERRY)

This liqueur is produced by adding an infusion of blueberries to a grappa made from local red grape pomaces, and distilled using our Piedmontese bain-marie distillation system.
Also excellent if served cool or with a cube of ice.

Features

Raw material: Red Piedmontese grape pomaces, blueberries.
Distillation method: Piedmontese bain-marie pot still
Aging: Infused for a minimum of six months in glass demijohns or stainless steel tanks.
Alcohol: 42 %
Type of bottle: 700 ml.
Organoleptic test:

Colour: Dark red with a hint of violet.
Aroma: Fruity, harmonious.
Taste: Sweet with a slightly sour note, the flavouring can be tasted but it is not overpowering.
